Kornero Pro and additional stores

Your first store can start in Free Mode. Eligible monthly Pro plans add advanced features and total Owner-account capacity for 1, 5, 10, 15, or 20 stores—including the first store.

For purchase or plan issues, check Settings → Kornero Pro using the Kornero Owner account associated with the purchase, or select Restore Purchases there.

Before you send a request

  • A short description and any exact error message
  • Device, operating-system version and Kornero app version/build (if relevant)
  • Store or POS information only when relevant to the issue
  • Never send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or Apple account credentials
